Who We Are
Our story
More Than Baseball. A Global Brotherhood.
At Global Diamond Initiative (GDI), we believe baseball is more than a game; it is a powerful way to connect people, build character, and create lasting change.
Through international baseball experiences, we bring together young American and Italian athletes to compete, learn, serve, and grow beyond the diamond.
Our programs provide opportunities for players to experience new cultures, build lifelong friendships, develop leadership skills, and discover the importance of giving back.
By partnering with local baseball organizations in Northern Italy, we work to grow the game internationally while providing resources, equipment, and support to strengthen their baseball communities.
We don't just develop baseball players. We strive to develop young men who lead with purpose, serve with humility, and carry the lessons learned on the diamond into the world.
